Financial Analytics offers two related yet distinct lending risk products.

PortfolioView™

This loan portfolio risk management system is our flagship product.  In conjunction with our RiskWarehouse it provides the basis for all credit risk management activities of a lending institution.

 

PortfolioView is the only system to exclusively focus on the problem of measuring the inherent core lending risk.  In contrast to time consuming, labor intensive and unreliable processes that depend on sampling, PortfolioView can analyze the entire banking book in a short time frame, generally within an hour.  This system can easily be integrated into an enterprise wide risk management system.

 

RiskWarehouse™

While loan transaction systems are vast repositories of data, effective risk management requires additional specific data from other internal sources that collectively have to be available for immediate analysis.  Our RiskWarehouse is a turnkey system that includes an optimized database server specifically designed for complex risk analysis and ad hoc reporting.
